Rates

Guest rooms	:	1 x double bed + 2 x single beds included in tariff rate An additional 2 x fold-up beds can be added for $20 per night
Tariff AU$	:	From 1st April, 2010:- Sunday - Thursday : $165 per night (minimum 2 nights stay) Weekend Package (Fri & Sat nights): $450 Public Holidays : $225 per night Weekly rate: $1000 per week
Special packages	:	Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights: $600 Stay 3 out of the following nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and get the 4th night free (excluding Friday & Saturday nights) Note:- Special package rates do not apply on public holidays
Meals	:	Breakfast hamper included in tariff. Full kitchen + outdoor barbecue.
		NON - SMOKING inside building.
Linen	:	All linen provided
Minimum stays	:	Minimum stays of 3 nights on Labour Day, Easter, ANZAC Day and Queens Birthday long weekends
